Dear Fellow Intruders,

Recent developments have made it abundantly
clear that we must halt and reschedule plans for our upcoming San Diego
Reunion.

Much hard work has been done by our great Reunion Team, and
fortunately, they have been able to get a hotel date that begins Oct
28^th. Both the Crowne Plaza and AFRI arrangements will be moveable
without charge for those who can attend at that time.� If we approach the dates
and find the issues with Virus and health safety remain, we�ll make a call once
more.� Hopefully, in a couple of months� time there will be adequate information
to enable us meet in October. Obviously we�ll all be watching events to see what
is sensible.

Many will question how monies already paid will managed.� We
are advised that the San Diego hotel and events should not be changed.� Airlines
will need to be rescheduled by individuals, and the announcements recently
indicate that quick no-fee changes or refunds are the norm today.

We will
work this issue and post additional information both on our Website as well as a
follow-on message to this one. The Intruder Association values the efforts made
and travel plans already established, and we are grateful that airlines and
hotels are generally permitting no fault cancellations.

I suggest you
take advantage of that flexibility while it is being offered.

We will get
back to you all as we learn more. Meanwhile, please take the precautions being
widely discussed.
